Thanks for the web site.I had a friend in another state who refused to pay his electric bill(for years).
People thought he was cheap and dumb.Too bad he had a source of power all the time he did not tap into.I thought one could charge a car battery from the phoneline and sure enough,theres a device for just that on the sandman website.Triffid
