How many of you are getting OU?
« on: December 09, 2008, 12:07:20 PM »
Well, a lot of discussions about Bedini systems, a lot of variations but very few posts about actual overunity.
I have been testing various Bedini configurations including solid state for a while now and still can't find any proof of overunity.
Well, a lot of videos over youtube shows overunity by checking a rising voltage alone, which does not proof anything.
Just taking a basic bedini design I would like to charge lets say two batteries with one primary battery, and test them with load duration instead of just voltage checking.

Well for sure voltage rises very fast and battery seems to be charged, but after load testing it shows that thats not quite true and I got no overunity at all :)

What about you? Can you at least charge several batteries using just one?

I'm using 7ah SLA for my testings.

erm... we're not getting OU... if we did, we'd be richer than bill gates...

OU is what were working towards...

@all
T. Henry Moray probably achieved OU and look what his "friendenemies"(misspelled? you know what I mean; from the book) treated him.

Right.  The second option is most likely what would happen.

Well, I've had tons of great results. OU, definitely not.  Free energy, well, it all depends on how you define free energy, lol.  Many times, I've charged multiple batteries from just one.  Sure looks like OU, but batteries are very convincing liars if you only test with a multimeter, as you well know.  But I say in a way I've gotten free energy.  Because to me, if a battery was going in the trash because it would not hold a charge anymore, and it get's revived so now it works like new again, in my opinion, that's a form of free energy.  But I have NEVER gotten out more than I put into it, PERIOD... I wish I had better to say, but so does every other person reading this forum!  Lighting a neon off of the plastic of a lead acid battery as it is charging does show that something is going on for sure, and I have done it myself, it's very easy to duplicate when you build carefully. Just dont give up!  It's worth the frustration, to keep pushing forward.  Many people have done MUCH BETTER THAN ME!

Most of people confound voltage, current, power, energy.
A better question would be:
who has canceled his subscription to the grid?
I guess the answer is "nobody".

indeed, most beginners see a rise in voltage and think they've done it...

if you have the money you can go off the grid right now... doesn't mean it's ou... their is a diference between ou and free energy... i got free energy in my gararge... i have a solar panel on gararge roof charging my 12v batt for my pulse motor... it only produces 150mA in full sun though...
just enough to keep my bats up...

Good point.  Landfills have less trash and you save money in the long run as well.

Now I'll make a point:
I read in(Home Power magazine, I believe) lead acid batteries take about 30% more energy to charge them than they discharge when used.  This figure can be reduced if the battery is discharged slowly.
No wonder OU is so hard to achieve.

i think we know what he is trying to say.

i also agree to the voltage, current, charge confusion thing someone mentioned before. if you have a rising voltage it doesn't mean the battery is charging, charge is current x time, energy stored in a battery is the voltage x charge, if you have a rising voltage that's good but you have to measure the current over a period of time too when connecting it to a load, if the charge remained the same and the voltage was rising, then probably (!) the battery gained energy.
if you are working on this stuff it would not be wrong to get some electricity knowledge.
