Hello everybody. I was trying to find something about this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PC-PRrz5S30
Is here a topic about it? It came on youtube at 14 June 2008.
The one posted it, says:

"We decided to share more technical background on this issue.
The mechanism works based on the theorem of Sofia Kovalevskaya who proved a possibility of a body's motion round the immobile point.
If you take a triangle ABC and apply force through point B to point O (O is between A and C), then the triangle starts to rotate, in case the angles BCA and BAC are not equal.
This is where it starts."

Anyone knows anything?

Amazing.

Perhaps I can use this amazing principle to power, for example, my cuckoo clock.

This mechanism has been around since the 1700's.

Pese, the knob could be used to apply a magnitic pressure to a swinging and or rotating motion and the magnet on the front could be used to attract the thick wire to keep the motion going.

I am not saying it works or that it can work but it is worth checking out.

1 weigth (that hold the switch doew)

is not so complicate and you see no difference.

i i can seen in the box , and see an free energy powering magnet in this system

Well...i know that the video is crap cos we don't see nothing...
But i refered to it mostly cos of the "explanation"
Anyone heard about this Cauchy-Kovalevskaya Theorem?

Man muss das sicher oft neu aufziehen, weil der Griff = Uhrzeiger sich schneller bewegt als normale Uhr.
Muss man dann das Gewicht hochheben und wieder darauflÃ©gen ?

I noticed that, ignoring the obvious loop splices, the weight descends ever-so-slightly as it sits upon the "plunger".
I'm giving the black box the benefit of the doubt and assuming it really is powered by the slow fall of the big weight, not some simple electric switch/motor combination.
If the maker of the video is reading this, surely he must know that, if the effect shown can be easily reproduced without any new technology, then hoax or error must be assumed, unless and until the device is made fully transparent, both actually and metaphorically, by releasing photos, videos, drawings, theoretical analysis and whatever else is necessary. Just a video like this one proves absolutely nothing and only generates challenges and controversy from the Evil Skeptics and Debunkers (like me.)
