Well here are 2 guy's renditions. It all happened in 1996 in California.

Bedini has the coils on the periphery pointing towards the main axle of the rotor. Muller has the coils in parallel with axle at the periphery pointing towards the main rotor.
In these 2 devices the coils are focused at the same point on the rotor.

And better yet, did you know this can be done with no moving parts?

That makes it 3 to 0. Right?

first of all this design seperates the actuator circut power consumption and the wheels.
which means after the spin up the actuator start drowing less and less while the generator makes more and more inverse ratio. which is nice..
now i love bedini he is greate but his setup is for EE guys who like to calculate and masure things..
back emf front emf , radiant energy and so on and so on , is this free? what is it? white sparks , blue sparks ......................
this design is for is like nature... its mechanical its like a planet revolving around the sun. it is straight forword no room for speculations , you put little you get alot in real time.. no charging battarys
it uses simple parts... big motor small motor shaft  a couple of wheels , no need to wind coils
the better the motors you use the more you will get but it will always be overunity..
from the start... when he engages the big motor/the generator  it slows the big wheel but the beuty is
the when the big one tries to stop, the small heavey one crowls on up on side and the higher he gets
the more energy he gains ... when you load it it gives more... thrugh mechanical means...
and thats the beauty
no need for field equastions and all the mamabo jumbo...
simple ,elegant, natural,
just copy mother nature..
and again i have nothing against no one... i love this field....
and love all.

Is there any schematic of the connections?

you mean the elctronic part of it?

you can do  it in all sorts of ways....
you need to brake it up just think of the first part which is an actuator.. of any kind..
example:
1} a small dc motor  with it shaft upword with 2 or more magnets N      S    with a trigger/switch/sensor of some sort, wich flips the magnets  at the right time  whaen the magnets on the small hevey wheel are at the best positon the generate torque,  think of pulse motor, only you dont pulse a coil
you pulse the motor which flipps the magnets which the create torque on the Small heavy wheel.
as the small wheel turns faster and faster the current/volt drow drops because it gets easyier for the motor to flipp. a little trial and error with all kind of arrangments of magnets and distances to get the best response, the most synchronized .. and again the more efficient the dc  motor the better but i dont think it is that importent ,  i think something like a motor from a printer...

2] other way to actuate... is by vibrating back and forth  small powerful magnets to cause the small heavy wheel to torque this is a very efficiant way. you can do it with a speaker, and tone/signal generator to get the most synchronzied motion ,
it is all out there  look at stephan kundel motor
at peswiki... or you tube for "speaker magnet motor"
there are couple of sweet spots when vibrating faster  and faster when you get to most for the least.
just need to find them for each individual  setup .. expirimenting is fun!!..

this step is the "hardest part" of the setup , which of curse is not that hard, there are many ways and
alot of videos , and reading about this ,  the 90dgrs  action between stator -rotor. ,  pulse motors for  getting the best pulse/flip timing. reed switch, hall sensor.. and so on so on. what ever circutry yould like... :))))
s
now . when you get small heavy wheel to spin inside the big wheels, your in buisnes becaus
all you need now to connect the big wheels shaft to a big dc motor, of the torquei kind which genarats the most for the least speed the more the better...
ok  now, the big motor shaft spins freely at the "spin Up" part because you dont engage it yet...
once you reach speed  you turn the big motor on.. close the circut to what ever you want :
battaries , cAPS, inverter , LED,s  what ever...  it will want to cause the big wheels to slow down because of the load on the shaft.. BUT then GRAVITY / NATURE  comes to help you , the small HEAVY wheel dont want to slow down, it has alot of of power.  at the first slow down of the bigwheels
the smaller one climbs on the side , and using gravity FORCES the big wheels to spin up..
the the slower the wheels try to turn/the more load engaged.  the HIGHER the small wheel climbs the more torque it produces generating more power ,  this is the so called secret...
this synchrones / tumblling motion , trying to reach equilibrium but it cant so it finds it one rythem
drowing less and less genarting more and more as time passes... until it reaches its peak.
it can be scaled up...  and tweaked.. but im sure this is the most elegant  DIY "free energy" machine
that ive seen.
hopes this helps....!!!
im on the way building one ...

LOVE and Light.

This is all that can be found.

rgds, Gyula
Yes, this is indeed in interesting device. But I'm not sure all details are in the patent. I'm not sure that I understand how the synchronizer works.
But I would like to give it a try.

Holy shit, he has hit something there for sure.

The way that erm thing spins in the middle gives me the impression it is in harmony.

I am going to investigate further.

it is a simple simple device.. genius...

Hi shablol.
So the mentioned motor is used to rotate the small heavy wheel and that the motor on the axis of the big wheel is udes as an generator? Do I understand that right?

Thanks,
Eric.

I'm also trying to figure out what those plates on the bottom in the center are? Are they induction coils? Pulse coils? Reed switches? There's no part number reference in the patent? Those plates are very close to the small rotor as well so they would have to be there for some reason?

theres is noting below those plates he doesnt hide anything....
if you understand the concept you will see it is very straight forword.
the actuator part is like a circute of a pulse motor or maybe even bedini.

This isn't a patent - it's a patent application which was denied in July 2008 because it's a perpetual motion machine. No wonder they could never get it to work.

from page 5 of the International Preliminary Report on Patentability Chapter I (at http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?IA=PL2006000002&wo=2007081229&DISPLAY=DOCS)

Quote
The invention of the present application appears to be insufficient in that in cannot be
carried out by a person skilled in the art. A successful implementation of the invention
seems to be Impossible since lt Is In conflict to well established basic physlcal nules:
The following passages in the description
a) motor exploiting the push and pull forces of permanent magnets and earths gravity
(p.1. 1.1.2),
b) “The synchroniser needs to be supplied with electric current, the power of which is
negligible compared to the oulput power on the synchronous motors shaft’ (p.1. 1.25 - p.2,
1.1),
C) “... the motor, once started, can operate without any time restrictions” (p.2, 1.41-42),
d) “... the motor ..... works by exploiting the ..... energy of permanent magnets. ..... and
earth's gravity,
e) “The prototype generates power on the shaft ... of ..... free energy” (p.2, 1.43-44).
refer to an apparatus which allegedly generates more energy than it receives.
This is in conflict with the well established physical law of energy conservation.
Apparently, the expressions “force” and “energy’, being clearly defined physical terms, are
mixAd: (MerhanicaI) energy is defined by a force being experienced during a certain path,
Force alone will not create any energy. Energy can only be transformed into another
energy form but it can never be generated.
For instance, when exploiting the (magnetic) energy of a permanent magnet the magnet
will be demagnetised. Then however, the motor as described will no more be “operating
without any time restrictions” but rather stop.
It appears impossible to construct an apparatus which is kept moving in a way that the
output energy is greater than any input energy (perpotuum mobile).
Therefore, the applimation seems not to fulfill the requirements of Article 5 PCT, which
consttutes a deficiency which substantially cannot be overcome.

That's pretty funny coming from someone who doesn't know the difference between a patent and a denied patent application.

In shablol's defense, 1.) he's an L2 English learner and 2.) the patent office dismisses summarily anything claiming over-unity. I'm willing to be there was zero attempt to assess the contraption.

Cheers
