Next time you may wish to include the country origine of a patent?

By the way, to answer your second question, if you study Meyer's another patent, CA1228833 for instance, he seems to use a permanent magnet around the gas pipe, see and study here the patent:

Yes but magnetizable gas is encapsulated and iz coming into the electrolizer from another reservoir it doesent say in that patent but I so it in the same patent from another country.
What could be magnetizable gas ????
