I have found interesting article from Belarus scienist, Ucherenko. The main discovery is in the following fact:

If you shoot 1 micrometer particles into metal wall, if speed of particle is less than 1000 m/sec it penetrates to several diametes (few millimeters) and energy balance is in agreement with CoE law.

If particles speed is about 1000 m/sec, you see strange effect - particles penetrate into metal for 100-300 mm and up to 1000 times of heat produced and new isotopes are registered and x-ray film is exposed if hanged close to metal plate. All those effects are impossible with chemical reactions.
