The common term "HHO" has been applied for twice as a trademark
« on: September 28, 2008, 11:04:14 PM »
I can not believe a term that’s been around for decades is going to be trademarked by some money grubbing Company. I don’t think it has gone thru yet as the application is still pending.
I think every one should contact the US Patent Office and point out the fact that the term HHO has been used for decades and should not be exploited in this manner.
The applicant Co is- Headwaters Incorporated
                                        10653 S. River Front Parkway, Suite 300
                                        South Jordan, UT 84095
                                         United States
I don’t know if it just me or dose this seem a bit much. Will we have to pay these clowns every time we Google HHO? Lamers are everywhere

Hi vonwolf .
Guess the word water is patented too.
It takes good o'l  American ingenuity or shall I say ......... to come up with something like that.
