I have been reading about the GEET for long and, althought I am not buying all the weird physics explanation, I see it as a very smart way to increase the overall efficency of the ICE by using the exhaust heat to create a thermal fluid molecules splitting chamber (with some degree of ionization, hence, the plasma definition is somewhat correct, but is a low temp plasma at best), thus adding partially ionized gaseous carbon, hydrogen and oxygen to the air intake, thus increasing the power of the explosion. The SPAD is simply a variant of the principle, less efficient because the rection chamber does not generate so high temperatures as the chamber with the long rod.

I think that the basic design can be improved several orders of magnitude yet, and it is outrageous that something so simply brilliant is not already a standard in the car manufacturing industry, making the use of catalizators absolutely unnecesary, and also reducing the demand on oil. Imagine if oil demand would be reduced by an average of only 20% just by using this simple, yet powerfull principle, and then you figure out instantly why it has not been left to happen.

Sigh. And the Poor Paul Pantone has been victim of his own good will and crativity. What a shame.

I congratulate you for creating the video, as most previous information is in French, a fact that has prevented much of the difussion of the tech.
