Hi Koen,
I am trying to clear my concept in parts.
The black dot at the end of the arm (lever) is a device which push the wheel and rotate at 360 deg. it self.
This arm has total 8 numbers of bearings of diffrent size.
These arms rotate on a fix shaft individually.
The shaft connected with a heavy arm (lever) .
The heavy arm connected with main shaft which is in the centre of the wheel.
The heavy arm (lever) controlled with a big lever again so we can shift it (rotate)in different direction . It is acting like brake and accilater.
