No idea if this would work. The pepetual part would be the small left gears. Seems because of gravity the wieghts on the wheel repositioning and so create another barycenter.

I think this will not work because it is "gravity only". And gravity can't make things go up, only go down. So, we need magnets to make things go up and gravity to make things go down.
