I have noticed that. I am sure there are different reasons. Some, well, uh, failure to produce OU. Next, proprietary, guard that secret well so we can sell it. Others, bought out by the competition. Still others, intimidated. Maybe some still in research. I am seeing more and more claims of OU though. I think I am close myself, just need to finish the build, he he (reference to the future, get it?)
Back to the original topic. Popular Science published an article about HAARP in the July issue which states that it is a innocent ionosphere research station. Yeah, that's why it took nearly 50 years to build and all those bizillions of dollars. I have been reading stuff about HAARP for nearly 30 years and none of it has been innocent. If HAARP is just an innocent ionosphere research station, why all the secrecy? Why all the negative alternative press? I think the Popular Science is just another disinformation front. They have lots of flashy gadgets to distract us from the truth. You never read about OU in Popular Science. I guess I gotta go cancel my subscription now.

China Orders Strike Against US For Catastrophic Earthquake

Russian Foreign Ministry reports are stating today the Prime Minister Putin's 'sudden' diplomatic trip to France was made at the behest of China's President Hu in order to 'warn' the European Union not to become involved with the US following what is widely expected to be a 'retaliatory strike' against the United States, and who the Chinese military has blamed for the catastrophic May 12th earthquake that has killed nearly 90,000 human beings.
Chinese and Russian Military scientists, these reports say, are concurring with Canadian researcher, and former Asia-Pacific Bureau Chief of Forbes Magazine, Benjamin Fulford, who in a very disturbing video released from his Japanese offices to the American public, details how the United States attacked China by the firing of a 90 Million Volt Shockwave from the Americans High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facilities in Alaska.
So powerful was this Shockwave, Britain's Times Online News Service is reporting that the entire atmosphere over the Chinese earthquake zone became mysteriously changed 30 minutes prior to the 8.0 Magnitude Trembler

The first impression is of a rainbow smeared on to small scraps of clouds, a phenomenon best known in a circumzenithal halo. This is created when sunlight shines through cirrus clouds full of tiny hexagonal ice crystals shaped like plates. The crystals behave like glass prisms, splitting the light into a bow with the colours of the spectrum, often brighter than a rainbow.
But one puzzle is that the colours in the Chinese clouds were upside down from a normal circumzenithal halo -- red pointing towards the horizon and blue towards the Sun, instead of the other way round."
Russian scientists are further speculating that the United States strike against China was 'exactly timed' to coincide with the dangerous experiments ongoing at Large Hadron Collider for the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), and which we had previously reported on in our May 13th report titled "CERN 'Nailed Heart Of Earth' With China Quake, Chilean Volcano".
Russian Military Analysts note that though China's Military has ordered its vast submarine fleet to 'disperse' throughout the Pacific Ocean, the Chinese 'attack' against the United States would, most likely, take a form of economic warfare instead of an actual clashing of forces.
More disturbing, however, in these reports is China's urging of both Syria and Turkey not to allow more water into mighty rivers of the Euphrates and Tigris, which the Iraqis are warning are running dry due to the severe drought in that war-torn Nation.
The importance of this latest move by China is the newly signed Defense Pact signed between Iran and Syria which would allow Chinese Military Forces permission to use Iranian territory to come to the aid of Syria.
It should be further noted that the Christian Bibles New Testament Book of Revelations (Chapter 16, Verse 12) prophesied that the Euphrates will dry up in preparation for the Battle of Armageddon and would be crossed by an Eastern Army of 200 million soldiers, of which in our World today only China is able to field and have the ability to reach by land alone.
As the United States and China battle for their very survival in a World becoming increasing volatile due to the rapidly growing shortages of both food and fuel, one does indeed wonder if the End Times are now upon us all.

Interesting topic.. My father worked for cecom for 20 years and before that he was in the army in the signal corps for 23 years. He always talked about the power of the microwave to me when I was a youngster, but I was young and could not really understand any of it at the time. He passed away 5 years ago with a cancerous brain tumor that came out of nowhere and spread extremely fast.. He was a 32nd degree mason as well. The odd part of his illness and death was he seemed prepared for it in advance.
One night that I distinctly remember, when I was about 13; he had one of the his masonic military buddies over to the house for a visit. They both consumed quite a bit of alcohol that evening. I remember listening to there conversations from the other room and they started discussing cloning (I believe their clones) and mind/mental transfers to a clone that was keep in some sort of dark state, which it turn keep the clones mind blank like a clean chaulk board and this would facilitate the means for a successful mind transfer. I never took anything I heard back then to heart until now. Sorry if this was off topic.. But I felt obligated to share this with you guys. I have never spoken about this with anyone. Even with my live in girlfriend of 6 years..

Interesting theory. But one think that you may want to consider is if there were MANY animals killed in the quake. If this is the case then this will mean that they DID not anticipate the quake and this will be a BIG contra example about the sensing capabilities of the animals. As we know if this was a natural disaster then very few of them are supposed to be killed for they sense the waves from within the Earth many hours even days before happening of the event.

Well time will tell for sure.. Everything is revealed eventually, but I do believe they have the power to influence the weather and cause hurricanes, earth quakes, and all.. Would not suprise me if hurricane Katrina was done with this device as a diversionary tactic by the US government to keep the public focused on that issue.. As you should of noticed Bush keep himself away from the relief efforts until the smoke cleared..

Is it just me, or does that HAARP generated frequency have a back-beat similar to that used by heavy metal bands like Megadeath ?
If so, I wonder if that type of music would also impact the brain in a negative way.

the-horizon (OTH) radar. They have been dubbed OTH radars by U.S.
intelligence, and can without question perform that mission, in addition to
some very interesting missions that U.S. intelligence does not assess.
"Soviet Military Power", Department of Defense, 1985, p.45 shows the
direct intersection over the United States of the Woodpecker radar beams used
in an OTH role. In addition, shown is an additional "scanner" beam which can
be scanned across the intersection "grid" over the U.S., formed by waveform
interference of two main Woodpecker beams.

launched from Cape Canaveral Florida after exposure to undesirable weather
conditions, and disastrously exploded shortly after launch. The evidence
seems to indicate that , as the rising vehicle was stressed, one end of its
right booster broke loose, twisting away and into the main fuel tank, causing
rupture, spillage of the fuel, and catastrophic explosion. Several other
anomalies still exist however, and it is clear that a problem existed with at
least one of the booster seals. All seven astronauts aboard the flight were
killed in the fiery destruction of the vehicle.
Of course no one had recognized that the Soviets had already tested a
launch-phase anti-ballistic missile (LPABM) system against three of our
previous shuttle launches. These "wet-runs" used a deliberate "time-offset"
to delay the explosive emergence of electromagnetic energy in a launched
shuttle's location along its trajectory. The delayed test shots resulted in
very large "booms" above the launch site after the shuttle was safely out of
the area, but did not destroy the shuttles themselves. For example, the
delayed shot-boom occurred 12 minutes after the evening launch of Nov. 26,
1985. Even a marker beacon (large light in the sky) was utilized on that
launch shortly after lift-off. The marker beacon was photographed. In
addition another photograph taken in a time sequence shows another sudden
streak of light coming down and ending in a burst of light. This was probably
a spacially-offset test of the "pulse mode" for destroying the shuttle. The
"light burst" would have been detected in the Soviet Union and scored against
its intended offset position. However, another mechanism was used to cause
the destruction of the shuttle itself.
On Jan. 1, 1986 the presence of a metal softening signal added on to the
Soviet LPABM systems scalar EM transmissions was detected by a surprised
Frank Golden. The metal softening ability of the detected signal was
experimentally verified by him at that time. Golden also locally nullified
the action of the scalar EM signal in a test, rather conclusively
establishing (1) that it existed and (2) what it was. The signal was
apparently being prepared for use against an upcoming U.S. shuttle launch.
Just prior to the launch of the shuttle in late January, 1986, the
Soviets accomplished significant weather engineering over the U.S. The jet
stream was severely bent southward in the middle of the U.S., bending right-
ward again to move across the Florida panhandle. Icy cold air from Canada was
drawn far down, into Florida and onto the Challenger sitting on it launch
pad. This exposure to cold outside its tested range was probably an
additional factor contributing to the Challengers failure. Positive
signatures of the Soviet weather engineering and jet stream manipulation
were observed and photographed by several persons, particularly in Alabama
and California...
On January 28, 1986, the Soviet scalar EM weapon system effects were
sharply localized in the launch zone. Localization involved higher
frequencies being present; these are quite painful to small brains--whose
hemispheres act as a scalar interferometer and detector--such as in birds.
As commented upon by national news commentators, strangely the birds were not
flying that morning. Indeed, they were staying down on the ground or avoiding
the area, since the sky over the area was painful to them.
As Challenger rose, the metal softening signal would have been
experienced in and around the boosters shortly after ignition, since the
booster flame acts as a special "ion-plasma" tuner/detector for the scalar
signal. The effect of such a local signal is to "charge mass in the immediate
vicinity" with the particular scalar resonance signal.
The ill fated Challenger was doomed. After ignition, the booster flame
acted as as a ionic plasma detector/amplifier for the metal softening signal
on the Soviet Woodpecker grid. The metal in and around the booster flame was
slowly and steadily weakening due to a charge up with the metal softening
pattern. This contributed to booster leakage from the already cold damaged
seal. The leaking booster poured out smoke and later flame, contributing to
the impending disaster.
Substantial winds and air turbulence over the site increased the stress
on the Challenger as it rose through this region. This also contributed to
the disaster and may have been deliberately created there by Soviet Weather
engineering.
As the Challenger stressed, eventually one or more weakened mounts gave
way, partially freeing the end of the right booster. Another anomalous flame
or light was observed on the vehicle, and may have represented a very small
additional "pulse mode energy form" produced from the weapon that was already
attacking the Challenger. The booster oscillated, rotating into the tank and
rupturing it. Contact of the escaping liquid fuel and the flame resulted in a
fiery explosion, destroying the vehicle and killing those on board...
By creating excess cold exposure to the shuttle, inducing metal
softening in and around the ignited booster, and possibly adding a deliberate
"intensely hot spot", THE SOVIETS CAUSED THE CHALLENGER TO WEAKEN AND DESTROY
ITSELF SHORTLY AFTER LAUNCH, IN SO SUBTLE A FASHION THAT NASA SCIENTISTS
WOULD NOT SUSPECT WHAT HAD ACTUALLY CAUSED THE MISHAP. THE SOVIETS HAD ALSO
PREVIOUSLY WITHDRAWN ALL THEIR TRAWLERS AND SHIPS WHICH NORMALLY SHADOW A
SHUTTLE LAUNCH, TO PREVENT ANY SUGGESTION OF SOVIET PRESENCE NEAR OR
INVOLVEMENT IN THE CATASTROPHIC ACCIDENT.
A few days later, sporadically intense "high frequency localization
signals" were still present on the grid, at least one hinge-point at
Birmingham, Alabama confirmed this. From 1-4 February 1986, many birds
inadvertently flew into the zone when an intense breakout occurred, and birds
fell dead from the sky in substantial numbers....
