That looks Great to me!
I got a couple of suggestions: Your parts might work better if they are triple-layered--like a jelly sandwich. With the aluminum and copper as foils (the bread) and something like wax-soaked wood, or that pink foam they put inside house walls in the middle (the jelly.)
Don't let the breads touch.
And the other suggestion is to use a bunch of really sharp points, like when you cut a window screen with scissors, wherever you want to collect charge.
Also, the "arrow" and the base should be insulated from each other where they touch. (but you knew that.) You might need to elevate the whole thing on some legs, because it will charge up like crazy and you don't want that leaking away. Ground the inner "breads" and connect the outer "breads" to a bunch of the points up high.

Great colors! Let's see more of your ideas!

charging up the pyramid first, has to be the biggest thing that people miss.

most "free energy" devices have to be started up by something, before they start producing an energy surplus.

exactly like all businesses require starter money, before they become capable of producing income.

coke makes millions a year. even coke needed to be started with a few hundred dollars, when it started about a century ago.
