Interesting!

What catches me about this is the circulation of water through the reaction chamber - Meyer, Ravzz and those who suggest  tubular reaction chambers have missed this - I wonder if this is the key?

I do not fully understand the construction of the reacrtion cell though - can anyone translate into simple terms?

When I finish my big generator to build and install it in my van, I will look into this one in more detailed. We must come up with a working model. I hardly believe, there are so many smart people here on this forum, and still none of them come up with a fully functional  "on demand" model. :-\

i have seen this 2003/2004 a lot of papers and links more than from hasselberger.
Cella hase produced this deviice that worked in car, and he think to sell.
Unfortunatly (is the normal way) he becomes problems and har surpressing, so he cant sell
finish products. Also Cella hvae give hight attentention for the "corrision" of motor parts.
(as valves, exaust ..) with ceramic coating . He have done great job.
BUT you will not earn any money ..
(to rebuild devices like this)
You will ony earn problems
the "sayers" possibly will not have free energy.
awaiting financially, economical, social problems with that ?
I thinkd possiblay, its need "new-thinking" to the sens of money and more...

I think only Electricity HHO H2O  Engines have an chance.
An charged 70Ah battery can drive your car 250km!
This is the best was, so the Industry can SELL energy !

My fellow earth residents,

Batteries are simply another pollution problem.  Why bother with batteries when we have HHO generation on demand?  We are generally so short sighted as humans that we fail to recognize that ANY technology which is not 100% sustainable will eventually fail.  Has anyone seen the 11th Hour?  In nature, one organisms waste is another's food.  There IS NO WASTE, and this MUST become the model for our industrial system.  We cannot continue to pollute the earth, at ANY rate, because EVENTUALLY it will kill us all.

Batteries , because the industry, gouverment and more people WILL EARN MONEY.

Only this is possibly problem AGAINST better systems.

G.PESE

(If i can belive some papers that i founs 2002 in net.
the "car motor" was invented first to work "as explosion moto"
in usual way, wit WATER ! (pure).
Afte that it was reconstructing this invention to use mineral-oil
products. So the buisines ist ENDLES .
THE POWER consumption ENDLESS.
The pollution ENDLESS
The Cleaning of Pollution ENDLESS.

So it give an "sense" .
You must thin the other way.
You must se the SELLER !
The Industry.
The Gouverment.

The money must go round.
The earth will be possibly destroyed with this system

Jes i have seen near hundred  dozends pages in US URLs over carl chella , his construction, his car
his experiments, and the surpression to sell finish construchted sets.

He was musican and hobby car mechanic-man with hight knowledges in mechanic construction.
Also if the "scematics" look not professional.

I hove you will find old link over google.com  and archive.org

i will seen next days my own link collection if i have stored.
