Hi,
here is a Philipino videomaker,
that visited Daniel Dingel lately and put out a few videos:

Well, in about 2002 a french guy from another forum visited
Dingel and told us, that Dingel cheated and forgot to turn on his HHO
generator and seems to have started his car on gasoline .
He could also small gasoline.

Well, maybe this is why it takes so long for Dingel to release
his invention, because it is just an fuel reduction system and
not running on water only ?

Also the other video of a claimed perpetual motion machine,
why didn?t they run it in the video ???

Hi Stephane, I just tried the link you posted but there was 3 videos, the one you posted is for "Planned Obsolescence" the other for the HHO is at http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=wvwaFDNQ9U0

As long as he doesn't step foot on American soil and stay in the Filipines he will be safe. I think Denny Klein wouldn't be as dumb as Meyer was. I assume Klein was the one who released the Water4Gas E-Books. It originated from his hometown of Clearwater, FL.

im for sure as of today, definately going to the philipenes, near manila anyone know where dingle is from, i want to meet him and make a lil video with my girls ma kin translate it later...  but i aint going untill january

Dingel did use gasoline to start his car back in the 80's, then he would switch over to hydrogen in mid-travel. He made those claims in early Philippine newspaper reports, as may be seen at http://DanielDingel.com/watercar
