Title: We have succeeded in making pure water electrically conductive using uv laser be

We projected a pulsed low power uv laser beam through a four inch wide body of pure water. The beam in the 200 nano meter range stripped the electrons from the oxygen atoms in the water and caused an ionized path in the water to form the length of the beam through the pure water. We then introduced a low voltage high amperage power source to the now electrically conductive beam path and produced temperatures to thirty thousand degrees Fahrenheit. Well known, plasma has a negative resistance property. The higher the amperage the less electrically resistive the plasma becomes. This laser process allows for the elimination of water additives to make the water electrically conductive. These additives can cause toxic and polluting by-products during a hydrogen or other gas producing process.
We have also tested with total success a zero wear electrode design that would show no wear even after one hundred years of continuous operation. We can not elaborate at this time, but will in the near future.
We are working with two pioneers in uv laser research and will continue to optimize the ionization process and will keep you posted of progress.

I can't wait to see a YouTube video of this.
