Well...it's been fun...I'm sure this will get bumped around or deleted. Whatever. Stefan may have succumb to the HAARP Rays and caught a bad case of stupid. ...........................................

I know that I am an asshole. I was born that way and have learned to accept it. But I only use my super asshole powers when someone else is too scared to use their own. ....................................

And BTW...I've said equally rude things to the CEO of Steorn more than once. I'm still in their secret little club. Always question authority. They work for you, not the other way around.

@Konduct
I see you out of control.

I'm not saying anything about your actual comment. I was just trying to state a point that all the time people are fanning the flames, the fire will get bigger. Just dont take me seriously though, I'm only trying to cheer things up a bit by diverting the attention away from the argument. Hopefully, this might allow the argument to die out.

Remember though... If you light the fuse, expect the bomb to go bang.

We are supposed to be here for the quest for free energy. Succeding this quest will disperse the need for oil, and hopefully preventing wars. How are we supposed to prevent these wars, if we cannot be in harmony in this overunity community. All the time we are fighting, we are not experimenting.

There are other forums for Magnetic Motors. Most of them are begging for attention. I'm sure they would pick up if some interesting ideas and discussions started appearing on them. The worthwhile information from this site can be Linked or mirrored over there.

http://www.overunity.org.uk/forum/
http://www.ospmm.org/forum/
http://www.fizzx.com/

My take on the Omnibus issue (and I have received more unprovoked omniabuse than most):

Omnibus is a one-trick-pony. He has discovered the "truth", that SMOT embodies the only possible way to magnetic OU. If it's not SMOT, it must be derived from SMOT ... or it's not even worth considering.

I disagree. I'm not saying the SMOT concepts won't ever work. I simply think there are other aspects of magnetism worth considering.

Overunity.com is a good place for Omnibus and for all you who value his ideas. It's not for me. I'll be spending my time over at fizzx or OSPMM. Maybe we can get some decent discussions and experiments going over there. If you ever get nostalgic for Omnibus' comments, come back here. I'll look forward to seeing you on the other forums.

Do what you want but by continuing to allow Omnibus to harass people here you have completely ruined the magnet motor part of this site. It has all but died and the cancer will spread to other areas of the forum soon.

Your site will die along with all the info on it. Omnibus has to be getting paid to represent the level of stupidity he perpetrates. Fuck you. You alone have allowed him to taint your site and your reputation as an administrator.

You delete my threads while allowing Omnibus to destroy everyone elses? FUCK YOU! Can you hear me now? Sprecken zi u a fucken douche?

For those who share my sentiment and would like to have a "real" forum to discuss magnet motors, let me know. I may be starting one with all of the combined information I've collected in the near future. Rest assured people like Omnibus will not be allowed to participate.

Oh...one last thing...fuck you Stefan. Retardberlin.

Why arn't you spending your hard earned time setting up a site that you feel worthy?  Its not like you are paying for access.  There are too many fucking people in this world that feel they are entitled to things they do not earn.  Be greatful that stepan is being generous and stop being an asshole.  Asshole!

Look this is absurd that we are fighting over such nonsense

Quote
Magnet motors can?t possibly work.
EDIT: Feynman does not agree!    (I had spoken too harshly)

"Suppose a flux path material is used as the stator pole of a permanent
magnet motor. A large permanent magnet is used to magnetize that short
length of flux path, as shown one the left in Figure 6-31, which illustrates a
concept for a magnetic motor. For convenience, imagine that the small
magnet on the right is not yet placed on the material flux path extension.
The flux path extension is energized by the south north pole of the large
permanent magnet on the left, and used as the stator in a rotary magnetic
motor.

As can be seen, the north pole of the rotor, shown in the figure, is attracted
to the resulting south pole of the stator. Power can be taken from the shaft
of the rotor while it is being attracted in to the extended north pole of the
stator flux extension. As it begins to pass the extension end, obviously if
nothing else is done it will develop back mmf "drag" by being attracted
back toward the north pole of the flux extension as it passes it.
However, suppose that ?just when the rotor south pole is passing dead
center of the stator north pole extension, one suddenly pulses a small flat
coil placed on the face of the extension, which serves the function of the
small permanent magnet shown on the right of the material flux path
extension. Further, suppose the magnetic field produced by the coil is
oriented as the field of the small permanent magnet, but is much weaker
than the magnetic field of the large permanent magnet on the left. A very
curious effect then occurs. This energized coil magnetizes the edge of the
flux path extension, to a small "skin depth" as shown, with a north
polarity. The magnetic flux is now bidirectional in that same material flux
path extension.
Further, this edge-switching action is performed so that it is this "partial
north polarity" of the now-altered extension that faces the rotor north pole
as it begins to pass the extension and enters what previously would have
been a back mmf section. Instead, now that former back mmf section is a
weakened forward mmf region, further accelerating the rotor. This action
breaks the Lorentz symmetry around the rotation path of the rotor,
resulting in a net nonzero (nonconservative) magnetic field. Hence the
entire rotor exhibits a net drive force around its loop. The rotor will

Using sheer edges that are polarized and compacted can work as well, or better.

Ie,  grain oriented silicon steel plates, from a small transformer.

This will help inertia get the magnet past the 'stickum' point. The sticky point will be smaller and oriented, concentrated.

It's the time aspect as well, that is the issue. Combine that aspect with: getting past the start point of a drag race, or never stop completely, to conserve energy. Remember the losses at start up and final stop, the energy levels lost or consumed-they are huge. So orienting the edge with silicon steel  plates cuts the time and stop/start factors.

For example, placing the plates between the two magnets that form that S-N bridge, can cause a far faster 'snap' for field change to take place, thus aiding the rotation.

However, I have found myself, Omnibus to be a bit offensive, to say the least. High handed, rude and his contributions are minimal, with respect to fundamentals, IMHO..

I am not naturally a 'confrontational' individual..and to avoid getting into near fist-fight with Omnibus, I simply cannot contribute to a thread where he's been involved, in general. That his rudeness is tolerated- is intolerable. In his defense, he does have to put up with some pretty darned serious crap, but  he can just ignore it, and not respond.

I think he likely needs banning for a month, if he's told to can his behaviour -and refuses. then see if he comes back with less nastiness. The knife must cut both ways. To those who given him grief..and to he himself.

A lot can be learned from the method used by Lawrence Tseung to diffuse insults...he ignores the insults and simply puts forward his point respectfully.

End result = no dust-ups !

It takes to to make a fight.

Even Tesla lacked somewhat in the social graces and was seemingly devoid of any insight into his own personal demons.  Many of the greatest thinkers of all time are egocentric bullies such as Edison was to Tesla.  On a positive note Konduct has great big gonad's to crap on the floor in Stephan's house.  And Stephan has either thick skin or considers this type of conflict to be a necessary part of exploration toward a common goal (or has simply chosen to let everyone see who is crapping on his floor).  Nonetheless, if even one of the brilliant or quirky thinkers leaves this website due to being ridiculed, then this site is only a reflection of the same tactics the governments and big corporation partake in everyday to suppress free thinking.  On the other hand if Stephan arbitrarily banns members due to their careless and insensitive comments towards him or other members then he becomes the "emperor" and will have to play a "cat and mouse" game trying to keep those out of his website when he has a "Welcome Everyone" mat at his front door.

This "f**k you, retarded, idiot, Nazi", language is very entertaining, though how can it be productive?  Remember "There is no such thing as stupid questions... only stupid people".

Stephan keep up the great work.  I admire your work and dedication to the 'overunity" goal.  And to everyone that feels compelled to state, "I don't care what anyone thinks."  I question the purpose for such a statement...is it for the benefit of the readers?

I struggle with mechanics and physics and most of the other disciplines that are required to speak intelligently on the subjects scattered throughout this website.  I have been tempted to ask questions as I have some half baked ideas myself that may be against the almighty laws of the universe or quite simply would not work.  I cannot imagine sharing them in a forum that requires me to face the ridicule of a few individuals who chose to be adversarial rather then wishing them luck as they try and turn "coal into diamonds".

Good Luck to Everyone pursuing the dream.

N.B.

F**K you Omnibus and Konduct.  Grow up.  LOL  sorry couldn't resist.    ;D   Just kidding!  Lighten up guys....  Have fun.  Get a drink... Get laid...  or think of a way to utilize the heat in the friction produced from the condom during ...
