Could you use dry ice as the cold source to make the conversion?

So you have your generator, it produces and sends the HHO up a tube where the dry ice is sourounding the tip. The presure will build up and convert to a liquid. No? There would be a little more involved but thats the gist of it.

HHO is profoundly dangerous stuff. People should think twice before trying to drop the temp and pump it up to pressure to liquify. It is far better to generate it as it isd needed.
