Hi Daniel,

Interesting READ!  Thanks for posting your hard work.  I have always thought about a "three-plate cap" with two plates being in a resoant tank and the third plate being used to to constructively add to the oscillations of the tank etc.

If you are wondering where the pdf is,
then you are not logged in. :o
Go back and log in
and then the pdf will appear on my post here above
and in the News under
"Get You Over Unity Device Now!"
The small pdf icon wll not appear for anyone not logged in. 
At least that is how it works for me.
