I am not sure if these links have been posted so I thought I would start a topic about them.

The power output from a speaker motor is extremely low compared to the power input. So I don't understand wht they are using speaker motors. I'll read more about this in the links. It's an interesting approach to OU, but I also think it's as far away from OU as it possibly can be ;D

Low-Q, I see a few ways that are not utilized in those pictures to create the sound and also to create electricity.

 The wheels on the shafts could be used to create sound and the main shaft could be made of copper and or have copper wire fitted in to it so that when the magnets slide back and forth they would create electricity.
