SMOT and Water - just checking

Not sure how this has been done but the youtube demo reminded me of SMOT

So is it an oscilating field or a powerful SMOT?

More half baked ideas on this.

The water could be charged as the batteries stuck in water for half an hour and then setting light to it.

Using the Bedini example of Back EMF to charge batteries the experiment would be to have a small waterwheel at the end of the ramp a priming pump to turn the waterwheel which charges the water from back EMF and then just maybe the SMOT will take over moving the water uphill and be able to maintain itself.
