I hate to sound negative, but if they had the real thing, it would only take maybe 2 weeks to ride a media wave that ends on the cover of time magazine - maybe a few months before we could buy the stuff at Wallmart.  Check out a page I host at
http://www.phact.org/e/z/lutec.pdf
Lutec generally avoids qualified independent testing - in this case, they just offer one more UNDER-UNITY device, at least it wastes less power than a typical Newman machine.
I would love the stuff to be real and love to award any valid FE device my $10,000 prize found at
www.phact.org/e/freetest.html
I think in the case of Lutec, what has started off as foolishness has ended up as fraud.  I feel bad for investors who must have been strung along for years.

sorry, the skeptical message ain't popular or fun to read,
Eric Krieg

It sure does seem to be a fraud, but they really are stringing it out arent they, their videos say that they will begin production in March 2008, now if only it worked. I wish it did turn out to be bona fide.
