RV Powered WFC
« on: December 07, 2007, 10:10:33 PM »
This is not built but an interesting idea.  Since the RV (rotoverter) does have reactive power using caps, could not a properly sized WFC be used in place of the caps?  Several of the RV's tauted near 1,000% effeciency in a closed loop even though mine was closer to 300% (1,100 watts in/3,600 watts out at best measurement).  IMO, this has some potential and is similar in design to what Meyer was doing.

Hmmmm, I do still have my RV set-up.....

Just a thought,

Rich
