The Lee-Tseung theory states that oscillation, vibration, rotation or flux changes via Pulse (or Lee-Tseung Pull) can Lead Out Gravitational or Electron Motion Energy.  Electron Motion energy can manifest as magnetic, electromagnetic, electrostatic or electrical energy.

The circuit involves pulses.  There is the diode that would affect movement of electrons.

I have not written much about pulse circuits yet.  May be this is  a good start.

The above circuit is an example of an OPEN SYSTEM; the Law of Conservation of Charge is NOT broken.

The Law of conservation of charge states that the net charge of an CLOSED (isolated) system remains constant.

If a system starts out with an equal number of positive and negative charges, there's nothing we can do to create an excess of one kind of charge in that system unless we bring in charge from outside the system (or remove some charge from the system). Likewise, if something starts out with a certain net charge, say +100 e, it will always have +100 e unless it is allowed to interact with something external to it.

Charge can be created and destroyed, but only in positive-negative pairs.

Well said.  I agree that the above is an open system totally.

Have a look at this:

There is a wrong statement in the equation :
Q2 = C.V/2 + C.V/2 + C3.V_C3 = C.V + C3.V_C3

A part of the initial charge of C1 is used to charge C3 through D1, so there is no reason to expect the final voltage to be V/2. It is certainly less than V/2.
