Nice.

But have a look at this as "sort-of-proof" proof   ;)

http://www.physorg.com/news114110551.html

Only kidding, but at least it's some sort of progress. Lets hope it reaches market ASAP as I can't wait to get away from using energy derived from fossil fuels!!

Mike

Awww! Here we go again!

Somebody making claims with no details.

I have my cat drugged and ready. I just need to know what flavor of jam, how much, what kind of bread, was it toasted, if so how dark, how many beers must I drink first, drop the cat from how high....

Really! How am I supposed to replicate with no details?????

The question is where do you connect the generator shaft?lol

Also, how much torque can you expect from a cat in real jam?

Shaft input socket is located directly underneath the cats tail.

I can debunk this easy.  This is nowhere near overunity.  You still have to feed the cat.

This is absolutely silly. I simply do not believe a cat can have straight legs like that!

Any slight leg curvature would cause an unacceptably large loss of centripetal momentum
which would obviously result in the feline's cranial cavity to be compromised.

So there!

perhaps a turbine powered by the cats vomit stream would add to the power output?

I guess it depends on what type of cat you use...
Manx cats have no tail, might not work...
Hairless cats might get cold and start to shiver, introducing unwanted perpendicular oscillations in the system.

Schr?dinger cats are alive and dead at the same time...
Uncertainty principle probably holds for the resultant output: output is both OU and not at the same time.
Untill we open the box, of course. ;)

Would using a tiger make for more output? Or would it only make the experiment more dangerous?

oddly enough, a manx cat ALSO lands on its feet when dropped.

i had previously assumed that the tail was necessary for their areobatic skills, but this is not the case.
