New theories about free energy systems > The Aether
How it all works
b0rg13:
so ,.. how to tap energy from a spark gap ?...pros/cons?.
sm0ky2:
Con: a continious status-arc gets hotter than the sun. and will melt our electrodes.
so we can only "tear the universe" for short durations.
sm0ky2:
It would seem, that this 'tube' would simply be an extention of the input/output of the 'valve.
if the valve is capable of passing a controllable stream of energy through its 'opening', then the rest of the tube would (simply put) be a connection of 'valves' in their fully open position.

Howdy Y'all,
I forgot about this thread, and started another one with basically the same topic.

Anyway I am modifying my Soft Particle Reactor to use a relay to provide the spark gap. It's a four pole relay so I will really have 4 spark gaps in parallel. Plus I modified the driver circuit to be a DC to DC converter, store the high voltage in a big cap then use the relay to discharge the big, high voltage cap through the Reactor (basically a transformer). I having trouble with the trigger circuit right now. I should have some results in a few days. Here's the link to the Soft Particle Reactor information, pictures and schematics.

Fun with arcs and sparks...
OK, Mo Later...
sm0ky2:
it may have some % chance of tearing an enourmous hole in the fabric of space, and destroying the entire universe...
<erk??>
i wouldn't mind an uncontrolled tap, provided you could "pull the plug" if it got out of hand.
and close the tear.
then you could use the resistance of your circuit as the control, rather than a 'valve'
