I hope it is the right patent cause the device looks like a TPU and it details RF + EM field manipulation.

@simonmagus

Very interesting piece of research these definitely bear some serious scrutiny for clues.

Maybe the real name of Steven Mark is Steve and its was one of his trick to make his patent hard to find.

Seems entirely possible, think these are the right patents...

@simonmagus

How much searching did you have to do to find these?

@ acerzw

Searched overunity.com, Google, and ended up in USPTO's archaic search system. I didn't know about Google's Patent Search, it is so much easier!

For anyone interested; Ross D. Schlueter is Steve's co-inventor on the patent. He has an interesting patent that is a tunable "electromagnetic wiggler".

Don't kid yourselves guys,  the patents deal with a plasma chamber etching technology, and Moraga California is in Silicon Valley, not down south in the Los Angeles area, where Steven lived or lives.  He interacted with people from University of California Irvine, even south of Los Angeles.

By the way, there are so many round things patented, just look up "electric motor"   LOL   :)

Just because it's round and uses electricity doesn't qualify it as a TPU.

Steven either has a patent or not.   Just because he does not tell us what the patent number is certainly makes it suspect.

Moraga to Los Angeles is a 6 hour drive. The patent displays a device with the same visual characteristics as the TPU. Very interesting coincidences. We should establish a timeline from reliable reports and see where it takes us.

"The device that I am revealing is by Steven Mark who invented it in the late eighties ..." - A history of The T.P.U . (Torroidal Power Unit), By Lindsay Mannix 2006

Application date 02-05-1998; That means we have an estimated 8-12 year gap.

I try to keep an open mind either way. However, mention of Halbach's work, the considerable similarities, government participation, Lawrence Livermore Labs, the U of C (put the E in the middle and what do you have?) is too much.

This device would be exactly what LLL would grab. I was heavily envolved in providing most of their on-site power systems. And guess what! They had a very particular demand on grounding and shielding methods! It was odd to say the least.

As long as this thing doesn't ruin my life I'll pursue it. Folks can think what they want about these patents. At a minimum they are educational.

Oh great! Now we are stalking the poor man too. I would leave him alone. If he wants to set us straight then let him do it on his own. I've been on his end of the stick - this needs to stop now!
