This is an idea based on magnetic repulsion ( to move the magnets using their own attraction-repulsion towards each other ) and that passing a magnet over conductive wire produces a current.

Again - not tested. So no ratios for spacing of magnets, or of the inner to the outer wheel sizes upon which they are to be affixed, or what magnet strengths.

When that is sorted out tho', the moving wheel (doesn't matter if inner or outer) will rotate one way then be repulsed back the other way, in theory for ever.

The conductive wire is wound within the two wheels or in such a way as to keep generating current - it needs to pick up from the moving magnets.

Whenever a current is induced in the wire a back emf (reversed electro magnetic force) will prevent the magnet movement in at least 100% of the electric possible outtake, see Lenz law:

So in any conventional construction the "Perpetual" effect will fail!
Unless you dont find a way to place a  magnetic field in to a coil without the typical Movement...

Similar theories have included harmonic balance wheels, pendulums and even planetary gear sets with magnets and coils placed in either a rocking repulsion or a rolling attraction. The aforementioned Lenz Law ,friction, and gravity have always been the demise of these designs. But getting people to think of designs is ( I think) the key purpose of this forum.Right ones will be explored. Ineffective ones will be explained away by the various members with their combined experience. Keep thinking of more! ;)

Considering that the 'hallowed' halls of science still (quite intentionally imho) depict the magnetic field model of a common dipole in the senseless and misleading way that they do.....I am afraid that pure, unadulterated frustration will be the soup D'jour ad nauseum, for many would be 'gate crasher' technophiles.

Once a true and accurate dipole model is publically shared and verified....then what walls will stand?? What gates will not swing inward?


I would posit that, just One wall, One gate would hold on that day.

   Here in lies the bigest problem with mainstream science. They refuse to thinik outside the box.
What will happen if you do make one. Then you will be laughed out of the hall so to speak. There
are scientists that have tried and ruined their carrers over it. The "laws" are set in stone and can
not be changed. Anyone who can prove a change still has a long hard road to travel. We dismiss
your findings as bogus and unacceptable by current theroms is the usual reply.

   Then on the other side we have all the claims that can not be tested or will not be allowed to
be tested fueling even a bigger fire.

With regard to your last post, the answer is "yes, there must be movement of the magnet in relation to the wire", or changing flux.

A unit of magnetic flux is called a weber (symbol Wb).  A unit of permiability is called a henry (symbol ?).  N is the number of "loops" or turns in a coil.  These form the basis for computing electron movement within a conductor. (Faraday's Law)

More flux and  more movement and  more  loops means more electron movement.  Lenz's Law figures into this equation as a minus value as it tends to "fight back."  From the link, you can see that Maxwell's equation, Faraday's Law, and Lenz Law all relate to induction.  Hence, from the information in the link, you can see that if you had, say, a 50 turn coil being subjected to a changing flux of 3 weber/seconds, you would get an induced current of 150 volts  (v = N d?/dt = 50 x 3 = 150)

A constant flux induces no current.
