Title: Another One
Post by: erickdt on September 12, 2007, 10:36:10 PM
Here's another idea that I don't have the money or desire to mess around with such powerful permanant magnets to make. It's basically a bastardization of the so-called Andy motor but with less moving parts and friction (theoretically). Let me know what you think!

Nevermind the notation that says "11" DIA. RING MAGNET ON SLIDER". That's a copy and paste mistake. The 11" DIA. magnets are fixed.

Ever tried using Working Model 2D (http://hackersclub.net/unity/download.php?view.5)? Get it here: http://hackersclub.net/unity/download.php?view.5

I've tried to use the demo version of it and found it to be incredibly frustrating. Is the full version much different than the demo? I'd definately be interested in collaborating with someone who is a Working Model guru if anyone is interested.
