Construction plans for the H.E.L.P. Device have been delayed as I was finishing the release of the F.E.S.A. but will be released shortly.

If the H.E.L.P. Architecture is applied to the F.E.S.A. system then the potential for exponential free energy growth with Nature as the prime mover of the system becomes a viable possibility.

The first post in this theoretical evolution, and where the journey begins, was the Hydro Electro Lytic Turbine based on Tesla turbine patents with modifications made by myself:

I've just started reading your posts in the link you gave.  I will finish them soon but I'm anxious to know (if it isn't stated in the posts) if you have put together a working system as described.  If so I'll congratulate you on a great accomplishment for all and the planet as this is what so many here are trying to accomplish.
   
   How much is this system dependent on wind/solar?

I have modified my initial post with the start of the journey, the H.E.L.T. device. This was obsolete in my mind when I released it but I wanted to pay tribute to Nikola Tesla who provided the Turbine patents on which it was heavily based. I also wanted to document the evolution of my thought processes so that people would understand where it all came from.

To answer your question no I have not built a working model. It is purely theory at this point. All of my work in developing the theory was done in secret on my bedroom floor. I never had proper facilities or more than a shoestring budget to prototype. I had just enough resources to answer questions i needed to know to move on with the theory.

I do not have the capability to build a working prototype and so I have released all my work so that those with the resources can pursue this route if they choose too.

I have also released it publicly so that it cannot be patented.

As for how dependant on wind solar power it is, the answer is as much as you want. It can be 0% to 100%.

If you want to charge your battery bank from a wall outlet like you do for your car battery then go for it. If you want to do it with a solar or wind charger then go for that.

The key point is that once the initial priming of the HHO circuit is accomplished the energy to continue HHO generation is provided by the rotary engine in a self sustaining cycle.

I know there are other people out there such as yourselves with the resources to pursue a promising technology. At $15,000 it is not beyond some peoples reach to prove, but is beyond mine.

Hold off on the congratulations until it is proven.

I have zero doubts that it will work as all of the processes are currently understood individually. I have put them together in a different way to generate different outputs.

Here is the Energy Conversion Theory for the FESA System and the HELT/HELP Components:

HELT (Hydro Electro Lytic Turbine)

Electricity is used to rotate a motor that drives a pump that imparts fluid potential to a liquid. This liquid is used as an input to turn a generator that creates electricity to create HHO in an Open System Loop (OSL) of two closed systems.

It is converted from Electricity > Rotational Moment > Fluid Potential > Rotational Moment > Electricity + Fluid Potential > HHO

Five Conversions in all to reach a fresh energy rich source.

Because the electricity is diverted back through the fluid potential in the opposite closed system, advantages are gained from the interaction of the electricity with the fluid potentials untapped energy stores in this environment namely velocity, pressure and molecular dissociation.

If the Architecture developed on the HELP project is applied to the FESA System, Exponential Energy Growth (EEG) will occur in a continuous Open System Loop (OSL).

Solid State HHO Generators are known variables and can be scientifically proven in AIXRO XR50 experimentation. They benefit from solid design and known Outputs. They have mass and dimension problems at current required Outputs.

HELP is the final evolution of Solid State HHO Cells but what it saves in space it loses in moving components and unknown Outputs at present. It has advantages in Closed System Crossover (CSC).

Also the potential for Neodymium Magnets, to be used as spacers, has yet to be explored. Maybe you could wire in a coil and pulse a field(s) with magnetic timing where the plastic spacer used to be :)

Maybe a bearing and magnet where the magnet spacer was before adding timed polarisation to the mix ?

Controlling the circuit via rotational ratios and phase angles will eliminate the need for electronic control circuitry... within a Pulsed Electro Magnetic Hydro Electro Lytic System (PEMHELS)
