Discontinuous production of excess energy (energy out nothing) has already been proven beyond doubt. Although this is a very beautifully made device it contributes nothing in this respect. Where is the device producing excess energy continuously?

Here you go for those who want to pick out the details...

2.5 frames per second

5 frames per second

The only thing missing is the audio and the guy, all sequences pertaining to the toy have NO missing frames.

I find it very interesting that after I accuse you of being
'one of them'...  you produce this.

 Coincidence?

If Im seeing it correctly,  his pen is activating a hair trigger, which allows the
small weight to drop.    That pushes the small magnet,  which interacts
with the larger magnet.

Then the circle disc is turned, which pulls the heavier weight up.

They are saying that there is More energy out than input.

Your observation of the kinetica toy is as bad as your observation of me...

Look closely at this slowed down action, all parts
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXtV8UcfQ3E

Now tell me, which weight moves first?

Ok,

1) Magnets are under tension
2) Guy releases the tension with switch press
3) Large magnet fly away from the smaller mags
4) Which causes the disc to rotate
5) While pulls the string, to Lift the Heavy weight
6) And, the disc hits a release switch
7) Which drops the small weight, which moves the small magnets
8 ) Which pulls the large magnet back into place.

However, it does not explain how you of all people had
access to this video...

Thats pretty amazing man...
In terms of potential energy there is a definite gain in that video, though as other members have pointed out the users pen input is not accounted for. Altho I would assume the much larger weight could be able to lift the smaller weight and still have enough energy to trigger a release event. I hope some of the sites quick fab'ers like Clanzer will be attempting replication and confirmation of this device.

Great video demo man!
Even greater leak ;)
