Reynolds Makes a Federal Case of 9/11 ?
Sues NIST Contractors for 9/11 Plane Fraud

Morgan Reynolds
August 21, 2007

Summary:

Last month, the U.S. District Court, Southern New York, unsealed a 9/11 case filed by Dr. Morgan Reynolds, thereby making the case public. Reynolds is suing on behalf of the United States of America after the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York who represents "the government" declined to intervene in the case. The suit, a so-called qui tam case, alleges that the 9/11 contractors NIST hired to investigate destruction of the WTC Towers on 9/11 defrauded the U.S. government of substantial money by rendering bogus, impossible physical analysis and animations about how two hollow aluminum aircraft (allegedly Boeing 767s) flew into a steel/concrete tower and disappeared. Yet it can be easily demonstrated, after a great deal of hard work by dedicated 9/11 researchers, that no planes hit the towers. The office of Reynolds' attorney, Jerry V. Leaphart of Connecticut, is now serving(notifying) the defendants in the suit, including Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Applied Research Associates (ARA), Boeing, American Airlines, United Airlines and Silverstein Properties. I will post new information on the case as developments warrant.

In paragraph 9 it states that jetliners didn't fly into WTC 1 & 2. Um OK!  ::)

Do you know why it said jetliners didn't fly into WTC 1 & 2?

answer:
Because jetliners didn't fly into WTC 1 & 2.

Um
"the term jetliner caught on as a generic term for all passenger jet aircraft."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jetliner
for ALL PASSENGER aircraft.

Before you poison the well, please understand the meaning of the words used.

paragraph 9 is correct when one considers military aircraft or drones hitting the towers.

"jetliners" maybe not, but aircraft did, ok I can walk that way. For a second I thought I would have to agree with ring on that.

Wow, so what kind of credibility does "former Chief Economist" have in such scientific issues?  And somebody tell me how you get hundreds of people involved in the investigation to all lie.  I've worked with some of these contractors in the past, they are just normal people.

And someone close to me works for American Airlines and lost friends during that event.  So are you all so ready to say that our great US government somehow disposed of several airplanes full of people, tested some superweapons on the WTC, (and Pentagon) and was able to convince the large group who perpetrated the coordinated events, along with this huge list of defendants after the fact to cover it up?

Funny how so many will say that our current government is so extremely incompetent, that we can't possibly win a war in Iraq because we aren't "smart" enough to understand our enemy, yet that same government could pull off such an amazing, unbelievable event.

Pardon me while I laugh at those who hate the US so much or are so bored with their lives that they must create conspiracy out of such a sad event.

And, please don?t start quoting specific scientists and engineers about how WTC buildings couldn?t have collapsed the way they did.  We all know that very educated and seemingly qualified people disagree ALL OF THE TIME, witness what happens on this forum if you need proof.

Fantasy is fun people, but at some point its just sick.  Anyway, enjoy.  I fully expect to see now a flurry of quotes and links to ?credible sources? demonstrating why a secret element in the US decided to attack its own people.

Oh, and 1 more thing:  why do we have such politically charged topics on a science ? driven site.  I would think we would all want to distance ourselves from such dribble.  How about we concentrate on inventing some free energy technology instead of useless anti-US politics.

Regards,
jeffc

You didn't read it? Now I better understand why the whole "truth movement" has thrived! People are not willing to read past the first paragraph.  ::)
This is why we conflict so much on this issue d3ad.  :(  BAH!

Great post!

In full agreement. However this part of the site is more directed at news which encompasses a wide variety of issues.

Exactly. There is no way the buffoons running this country could have pulled off something as elaborate as this. They are just too stupid and disjointed.

You think the governments stupid? You are very very wrong. Our government is so intelligent that we made the nazi's look bad. We live in a society of pacifist collectivism, we used to be a society of respecting individualism. Our government is so good at their job the majority of people think we are and were a Democracy, and oh they are wrong. So now we have millions of confused people who don't understand our system and are at the hands of the government. How can our government be stupid?

Is it relevant to create more 9/11 thread topics in a over unity research forum?

The Govt.  is not stupid.   Its ran by secret society of bankers that do
not care about you or me (Illuminati).   The war in Iraq is not failing.   Its
bankrupting America,  and fattening their pockets from the
heavy debt of war costs.   The longer the war drags on,  the
better for them.

The Dollar will be worth a Penny soon...
if that.

 Theory:

Massive Riots will pursue.   People will rip each other
apart,  reducing the population, and raising the
'police state'.   Then comes the forced chip
implants at the FEMA nazi camps that were
just built...

Here's some more information that might be interesting:

Donald Rumsfeld quote: "Here we're talking about plastic knives and using an American Airlines flight filed with our citizens, and the missile to damage this building [Pentagon] and similar (inaudible) that damaged the World Trade Center."

guys we all can argue 9/11 till the cows come home. However this is news about a court case, I am interested in seeing how it goes what evidence is put forth, etc. I am not going to get into a debate with jeffc or ring, thats not the topic here. But I will say this please stay within the confines of each person's statements, I have only ever said, either that day was a complete failure of national security(in which case we have no reason to be in a war when we can't protect ourselves inside our own borders) or that a few key people were involved. I have never said who,how much,in what ways, just that people had to be involved and I believe they were. Strangely I believe that the gov as a whole is both very functional in certain areas, and very stupid in others. And thats all I have to say on that here. I am interested in the case, and it is news.
