looks like a design that is cheap to make as well under $100/?100.

Well any choice of magnets can be used, and yea there are measurements...also by the looks of that picture it would be made cheaply out of wood or plastic...or salvaged parts to match it i decided to forward it i don't know if it works, but to find out on the cheap side (depending how cheap you go as long its enough) to find out.
