Disabled the ads for the TPU-Elite members

Hi All,
I disabled the ads at the left border bloc for the TPU-Elite members.

Now if you click the upper top right H- and R- buttons in the black upper border.
so that the upper and left bloc is not more visible,
you will not have any ads anymore inside the forum and thus
can access the forum much faster, also especially, when you
are online only on Dial-Up.

Thank you so very much Stefan. The ads had caused it to take 5 minutes or more for each page to load, which had made accessing this site a nightmare for me on dialup. Now the pages load in a minute or less unless they have pictures ;-)
