Sorry to bother all you guys and girls,
I am new to this board but have been reading a lot (36 hours to date) of the many great researchers here and find it all fascinating. Thank you for posting all your works and findings.
My question: is there a section where completed and working Over-Unity devices are posted? if not can anyone point me to a device that was completed and tested to produce Over-Unity which would have plans to replicate so I can build and see the effects myself.

Well my friend it appears as though you haven't read quite enough ;)
After staying a while in this ever-changing sub-culture of "free-energy" and "perpetual-motion" claims, you begin to realize that there is a LOT of sizzle and often little steak, as the expression goes. There are countless claims of marvelous new innovations and technologies, but rarely does anything produce any kind of hard, concrete, and most importantly reproducible evidence of overunity. I have yet to see anything convince me that we are going to be saved from the world's addiction to non-renewable energy that will soon ruin us. And I challenge anyone else here to present us with evidence to contradict said conclusion.
If it was as easy as asking somebody "hey, where's the free energy devices?" and getting a clear, concise and descriptive answer, I'm sure we would all be in a better place right now.
But thats not how it is. There has been little to no proof that any working devices exist (in a reproducible state), or even if overunity is physically achievable. This is why mainstream science doesn't acknowledge the validity of this fringe-science field of free-energy; it simply defies all of the laws they have come to unconditionally love and never, ever dare to question. But perhaps they have reason to believe so.
Ultimately you are the only person who can say something is truly real. After all, the observer is what creates the universe; the universe does not create the observer.
You're in for a long and perhaps fruitless journey into this field, and seeing that you got to this website, chances are you will never be able to get rid of that little voice in the back of your head that knows there is something more to this universe that we haven't found yet. Something magical that will change our world forever.

I was starting to conclude some of what you are saying but being new to over-unity I wanted to check with others in case I am missing something some where that has given results.
I do believe over-unity is possible but the ones who have achieved it must be thinking of profit and patents instead of the good for all.
God's disguise and true test to man.
Seems we are ready to ruin future life for tempoary profit :-[
