Im triying to do? AXLETREE using -ELSA- (gravity motor) shutle instead of using magnets

Did someone think about using rollers on all ends instead of magnets,
the gravity will take care of the rest....

complexity of design is very high. on wizkycho scale is 80%.
probability of OU mode operation is low.on wizkycho scale only 60%.

better build PMM by wizkycho

Yes, I don?t think this will work in its current state.
The forces to overcome at the right side are very high.
Why should the magnet move away almost at around
80 to 90 degrees away, when the force component
into the top direction is only 2 to 3 degrees ?
This will hinder much the movement of the rod to the left side !
Think about it !

This is US patent number 6237342. I've studied gravity wheel concepts for a number of years now and I'm sure this one will not work.

Note that any US patent that does not work as stated by the inventor is invalid.

what if half the wheel was dipped in water? wouldn't this cause some weight loss half way down?

You still have the problem,
that you would have to dip down the 3 o?clock spoke by 90 degrees down into the
water !
Exactly the same must be done, when just using the magnet track !
There is much resistance to that 90 degrees movement !
Probably will not work..
