is not easy to fly "lifter" Outdoor (Indeed there arent many videos on the Internet offlights outside), it is  necessary to build at least 5 "lifter" before they fly well
is better than the "lifter" is large and low and well balanced. if someone is good at translating Italian into English I can give all the tips needed.
I have a good Acquaintances asymmetrical capacitor and I do not agree with the conclusions of blazelabs the use of other materials such as zinc greatly increases the thrust produced....
