Magnetic Field Diode
« on: May 08, 2023, 12:50:52 PM »
Sorry if this was already discussed..

Apparently a magnetic field diode was invented some 5 years ago, thus breaking the Lorentz reciprocity principle.  From what I gather, the coils must be in the walls of spinning metal tubes.

If this is true, it may be possible to create a transformer or a generator that does not affect the prime mover or primary. Or possibly better yet,  the generator pickup coils can be prevented from affecting the rotor.

I'd imagine some of the builders on this board have the ability to setup a jig to explore this principle.
