Sound making HHO?
« on: January 22, 2008, 07:57:00 AM »
I saw this and wondered if the bubbles were HHO

Notice that there is a pause. Then more production!

Perhaps incorporating this ?? into a Joe cell for getting it to stage 3

finding the correct frequency(ies) of noise to aid electrolysis?

It does look to be producing HHO and at certain harmonics it produces more then at other harmonics. Here is part 2.

That is so weird... That is the first time that I have seen one of those bowls. I would have been tempted to hold a lighter to those bubbles, does anyone on this forum have one of those bowls. Or even better, where can I get one ?.

Actually... Would it be possible to replace the Buddha Bowl, and use a transducer to do the singing instead ?.

Wow. I was thinking about this very idea.I started a a thread in the h2O section about this very thing( link http://www.overunity.com/index.php/topic,4574.new.html#new)..... I plan on doing it a different way though. I had a freak accident and am going to have to buy a new multimeter before I can continue my research.

LOL... Multimeters seem to have a habbit of blowing up at my mercy too.

For more information and ideas on this topic please look into these terms:

SONOLUMINESCENCE and CAVITATION.

There are some video on youtube worth checking out. :)

That link to the new forum didn't work - or so it looks.

I have one of these bowls but have not tried it yet.

Just search the internet for "tibetan singing bowl" and you will see some. Actually the experiment would be worthwhile to try with a crystal bowl as well, the crystal bowl would or should produce more of an exact sound since there are less imprefections in the bowl. I shall try my copper bowl later and post any results I see.

I just did the test with the tibetan copper bowl - yes it is clearly doing something - lots of air bubbles and water splashing about, jumping out of the bowl, very very small water droplets. clearly something is happening like water resonance but is it generating HHO gas that is the big question. I'm not about to light a match to find out , LOL, yes I am a coward, LOL. Got to be some way to find out without doing that, if anyone has any ideas let me know. I think at the least this type of method combined with using DC pulses would likely do the trick but perhaps it is possible to do it just with sound.

Now where do I find someone who will light a match for me.  ;D

Do you live anywhere near Brighton, in England, UK ?... If so I will light the bubbles, I'm always up for a laugh  ;D.

Nope, I'm near Ottawa/Canada. I think if there is any HHO it's likely just a small amount but until we can measure it, it will be hard to know for sure. I could try to cover the top with plastic wrap and run a plastic tube from inside the top to inside a water glass and see if we get any bubbles. I'll try to track down some plastic tubing somewhere....

Lighting with a match is likely not so dangerous unless there truly is a lot of HHO but I need help with it and not likely to find any volunteers here ....

Have you made HHO before with electricity. It's not as dangerous as it seems. Just don't ignite it in a closed chamber.

I created a new thread for this in a more appropriate location.
http://www.overunity.com/index.php/topic,4606.new.html#new

I have not made any HHO using other means yet but seen enough other experiments and agree with your comment, thanks for the input
