Title: Stan Meyer: where did he inject the HHO fuel
Post by: kurtk on December 04, 2022, 06:21:47 PM
I've watched some videos and read through some of Stan's patents and have a pretty good understanding of how it works:

Using a VIC and the gated pulse frequency, split the water into browns gas.
Then there is a mixing chamber of some sort that mixes browns gas, ionized air, and the non-combustible exhaust gasses.
This mix supposedly makes the new fuel burn at similar rates to gasoline.

I'm getting ready to start building and testing my own stuff, but I can't figure out where he was injecting this fuel mix. Is it where the carburetor was in the manifold? Hydrogen has an easy ability to burn, toyota had issues with manifold injection hydrogen because the combustion in the chamber would leak past the valves and burn the Hydrogen in the manifold, backfiring. But that was pure hydrogen, I'm not sure if Stan's mix of fuel would perform the same way in that sense. I know the "simple" way around that is to make Stan's spark plug injector, but I don't really have enough resources to do that.

I'm also not sure on the air situation. Is the ionized air only for the fuel mixture? And the inlet manifold will still pull and compress outside air for the piston? Or is the ionized air being pulled and compressed?

Haven't you heard of the spud in jet? Old carburetor is drilled and tap threaded at the venturi point. Beveled copper tube inserted in brass fitting with copper opening facing down and locked in with farrow and cap. Hose connected goes to outlet of safety water can with pop off plug. Output from hydrogen cell goes to water can at bottom under water and bubbles upward. The spud in jet was used many years back when converting "small" engine to propane fuel. Larger engines require the expensive adapter unit. The 3rd generation Meyer conversion had combination spark plug/ injector unit as one piece with accessory complicated circuit boards. The second level Meyer cell design is better with several SHORT only, SS concentric tubes electrodes in plastic cell. Purified water or snow water is best for lowest conduction of ions. The Meyer design used short low current pulse for molecule alignment purpose only, while the second high voltage pressure > 1500v Pulsing DC HIGH RESISTANCE WATER separates water molecules . Circuit is similar to the "gun" used in that laser tag game system with BURST mode pulses on and off. More gases evolved during the off mode. EGR helps to regulate smoother running engine. Magnets on exterior of a FLAT rectangle narrow box cell cell of flat plates will also align water molecules polarity and make it easier to separate them. (Another US Patent) Read Meyer references:-The Water Fuel Cell Dealership Manual and Birth Of New Technology. Purchase or read online.
