The observation of an electroscalar signal during the eclipse of the Sun by the Moon in 2008 was a starting point for the development and creation of the electroscalar field theory. This observation shows that such radiation has a long wavelength, and is longitudinal and extremely penetrating.
 
 The properties of the electroscalar and electromagnetic dynamics of a massive charged particle have been studied. An analogy between the linear theory of elasticity and Maxwell electrodynamics is made. The observed spectrum of radiation clarifying peculiar properties. Real sources of electroscalar radiation are determined.
 
 In accordance with the principle of least action, the Lagrangian of the electroscalar field and the field force acting on the particle are defined. The spectral expansion of the electroscalar field allowed us to establish that the field is longitudinal and aligned with the wave vector.
 
 At the heart of the electroscalar theory, which is compliant with the experimental data, is the four-dimensional scalar potential that describes radial vibrations of the electroscalar field source. The four-vector Maxwell electromagnetic potential and four-scalar potential neither form a single object in the Minkowski space nor interfere and, as a consequence, prove to be independent and unrelated differential relations. Moreover, a strong correlation between the spatial position of the particle and the field components allows and demonstrates a new degree of freedom in the electrodynamics of charged particles.

           Most of important  young scientists  left Russia.
            Oleg is not young and is not in my opinion from the Soviet group of scientists
            with recognized  value to the scientific community. Most of them are old
            if there are still alive.
            I am afraid, that he might be just a figure,
            being or posing  as a scientist having journey to recognition   in the system of  organized
            "joke," comparable to "tragicomedy" of some far eastern European mutant of

I’ve been working on ways to create these emissions
Not consistently, but reliably enough to study them


To understand what is happening, we need to set aside our theories of electrical and electronic application


And think in terms of absolute energy states of our surroundings


The “0 state”, or the “common ground” we all agree on, is not what we pretend it to be.
It is simply our current state.
If this drifts or changes (across a large space, larger than us) we would never know about it


Now apply this thinking to an ungrounded circuit
Think about the potentials that can arise between circuit ground and earth ground


as Voltages increase, this transitions into less of an electrical aspect,
into more of an atomic and molecular aspect of our space
what we think of as the ground-state of an atom, molecule, or ionic structure
Including our atmosphere, and the capacitance of the earth


lets us consider a circuit in which potential is created, then dissipated internally.
With respect to an ungrounded neutral.


Let us observe a second circuit, in which a potential is created between the ambient ground-state and the circuit neutral.


From the perspective of the circuit (internally), the energy used to create the potential, and the energy recovered by its consumption are in close balance (accepting normal system losses).
Irrespective of the absolute potential of the circuit neutral.

Essentially the breakdown voltage between the localized scalar field and the macro field of the environment
This can range in size and volume and is in and of itself, a seemingly arbitrary volumetric measurement
especially when all necessary data is not available (ionization energies of everything around you, densities, special materials properties, etc), leaving large variances in thresholds across a wide range of field volumetrics

Traveling outwards in every direction from the source unless or until otherwise obstructed.


They carry unique properties, such as: the wave does not dissipate in power over distance, but rather seems to be pulled by the ambient, sometimes growing stronger as it enlarges, until it reaches the localized field boundaries, where it quickly fades iut


They seem to carry their own “inductance” within the wave-front, which ionizes objects it contacts along its’ path


In areas where ambient potentials are not readily available (such as off planet):
Another circuit could be used or the chassis of a large device without a shared neutral.
(possibly the spacecraft itself?)

The ‘drift’, with respect to ground, is generally negative, as our ambient is at a very high potential.
(this is + on your kilovoltometer)


The actual (currently observable) threshold of your environment will depend on several factors, such as:
the internal (potential / time) created and consumed in the circuit, and the total circuit capacitance. As well as environmental factors such as humidity, the current potential between ground and the local cloud layer, barometric pressure, potential of the object surrounding you, and so on, etc.


The volume of the scalar field generated by the circuit, and it’s associated capacitance (in air) determines the power of the scalar wave,
and subsequently affects the distance of impact of the wave.
The wave itself acts as a carrier for the electric potential discharge


Larger the localized scalar field we create, the larger and more violent the discharge

The attached paper may offer an interesting data point for those curious about scalar waves and/or megalithic structures.
I found it most peculiar when I first heard about it. Especially considering the proximity of Nikola Tesla's early stomping grounds. Still intend to travel there to see for myself, even if I won't be conducting any measurements, I hold no such expertise.

Short background: pyramid valley in exact Orion constellation just like at Giza, Egypt. Scale is different, these are significantly larger and more part of the hilly landscape rather than sitting in a flat desert. Geopolymer covered perfect shape pyramids, perfect North aligned. Seemingly separate vast tunnel system with exceptionally high negative ions, enough to be therapeutic to various ailment visitors come with, but left behind there.
One pyramid for some reason has scalar waves either emanating from the top, or entering the top from above. Academia doesn't see how these pyramids can be anything but natural formations, because they're big and not in Egypt. Despite pyramids and other megalithic structures having been found on all continents. Any archeologist that goes to Bosnia to see for themselves will be blacklisted throughout academia, will never publish anything again.
The coinsidence for a bunch of hill, anywhere on Earth, to look suspiciously square and present in Orion constellation...can anyone calculate those? Or did Egypt's builder (gauntlet finger snapper) just copy the amazing coincidence from Bosnia? Then it would be only one impossible coincidence in stead of two.

Pyramid, cone shapes, especially when high in iron and silica, whether natural or not, act as concentrators for Earth's Vortexya and emit weak radiations of electric, magnetic, hertzian and scalar type. The tests were made by Goran Marjanović from Serbia, with whom i corresponded few years back, he's promoting Tesla's scalar work but he is mostly story telling. I have seen by watching many of his lectures he does not really understand scalar aka tensor waves (toroid waves aka bubbles which are really toroids having all 3 fields, electric, magnetic and tempic, closed upon themselves).

As for honesty of so called "Dr." Osmanagić who runs the so called bosnian pyramids which may or may not be artificial, this video is enough and speaks for it all.

For those who don't speak Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian, he is asking interviewers to place a single hand on a "experimental life energy meter" which is clearly either a voltmeter or a capacitance meter, and it shows 70% and then he puts it between both hands every time and of course it shows near 100% and then he says it's cause he spends a lot of time in bosnian pyramid. :)

Third interviewer sees through the scam and asks Osmanagić that he holds the voltmeter (notice he cleverly holds it with his tips not to add to voltage) and then Osmanagić is forced to admit he's got 80% too, while in fact he has less - around 75%.

Also notice in first interview after he lies he's got 98-99% he wipes his lips left and right, clearly a subconscious reaction.

Also here at the very beginning when interviewer says "you say first pyramid in Europe, if i am not mistaken, we're talking 3 pyramids"...and Osmanagić bursts laughing.
