Possible application for Free Energy

This looks very interesting. Can it be used somehow to harness Free Energy?

Maybe we can use the spinning wheel like a yo-yo attached to lever. Then you just got to give it a small push on the lever to get the wheel back to its initial starting position? Maybe the input would be less than output?

Hi,

What I believe is going on in the video will not generating OU in a system.
When the wheel reaches the bottom and changes direction it will have an instantaneous
spike in weight in the system.  So the weight over time in the system will average out.

It is like when you hammer a nail with a weigh.
If the weight sits on the nail, it does not get driven into the wood.
If you raise the weight 10 feet above the nail and let it drop on the nail
it drives the nail a ways into the wood.  The weight or force of the hammer
is greater when it hits the nail.

A better measurement device would show that the change in time used in the
calculations for the less weight of the wheel is it spins on the string against the time
and weight of the wheel when it reaches the bottom to change defection would
result in the same weight of the wheel being in a still position.
