Forest Fire Extinguishment - Air Vortex / tornado Machine, or, Electromagnetic Extinguisher ?

Radical methods to extinguish fires in nature, forests etc, that would obviously never be used, suppressed etc.
____

A Flying Machine That Carries A Device That Makes A Conventional Air Vortex / Tornado
Can a long air vortex / tornado, be created by using a hollow cone ( or hollow tube, or the shape of the saturn rocket exhaust nozzles ), which has some sort of groove design ( a non continuous groove design, or, a continuous groove design like in bottle lids, ? ) on the inner surface of the hollow cone ( or hollow tube ), and then attach a motorized-fan to draw air through the narrowest part of the hollow cone ( or tube ).
(  Shapes - Hollow cone, or hollow tube. or the shape of the saturn rocket exhaust nozzles  )
In the case of a a hollow cone, is it true that the air that would be drawn out of the narrowest part of the hollow cone by a motorized-fan, may not necessarily be equal in quantity and diameter to the air in the vortex / tornado which would be occurring outside / beyond the nozzle of the hollow cone ( or hollow tube ),  that the mere motion of the motorized-fan drawing air through the cone or tube, and producing the external vortex / tornado, may actually cause a vortex amplification effect,  so, that a comparatively weaker motor ( and, or, narrower diameter of fan ) would be required to make a comparatively stronger vortex / tornado.
____

Electromagnetic ( Or Magnetic ) Field Devices To Extinguish Forest Fires
It looks like magnetic and / or electromagnetic fields do actually affect fire.
An Electromagnetic ( Or Magnetic ) Vortex Generator To Extinguish Forest Fires
      - Maybe a device that makes an electromagnetic ( or magnetic ) vortex would be a more powerful way to try and extinguish forest fires etc, rather than other types of  electromagnetic ( or magnetic ) fields.

The vertical flow could in the direction from the ground up to the 'Flying Machine', or, in the reverse direction, from the 'Flying Machine' down to the ground, one may be more effective on the fire.

Of course, the "Hollow cone, or hollow tube. or the shape of the saturn rocket exhaust nozzles",  could be completely blocked of at the end where the propellor / turbine is, to make an 'easier' type of vortex/tornado, and I assume the propellor / turbine blades would have no angle at all, but would it work.

For that particular version, maybe the design in this diagram
