That's what this is about folks.  I was asked by Dr. Greer, along with just a couple others, to prepare a list for consideration in this movie.  I was not aware he had gone public with an announcement about the film or I would have noted it in my original post.  So, please keep your comments coming.  Very much appreciate what has been offered so far.

I'd like to thank everyone who contributed suggestions for this list.  I submitted a finalized list to the film makers today, which incorporated a number of your suggested devices, including category descriptions of the devices and ordering the list by date.  Thanks again.
