It's just like a bitoroid transformer but very different Idea/concept, I'll explain The idea is to use the number of turns to get a strong electromagnet with minimal power requirements on the primary coil. as shown in the picture there are 3 coils >>> 2 coils on the left and right sides will be connected in series with the same winding direction Clockwise with the hope that the coil in the middle (secondary coil gets double induction from the right and left every wave cycle) because it fits with the solenoid magnetic field strength formula determined by the permeability core material X number of turns X current strength (A) / solenoid length.

If I may, I'll offer my 2 cents.

If you remove the shunts from the xfmr while the wiring is as you picture and the coils are all wound in the same direction, the outside windings or P1 and P2 will buck one another and you will have induction in the center coil.  However it will be conservative.  In order for P1 and P2 to be in an "aid" mode, you must reverse one of the primary connections say on P2.  In this mode, the center coil will see no induction.

If you now place the shunts back into place, the flux will take the path of least magnetic resistance.  With near zero gaps in the shunts, very little induction will reach the center coil IMO.  We'll see with your testing.
