I see nothing to get excited about.  different brightness bulbs do not prove anything, and is no proof of breaking laws of physics. Also, this could easily be faked by using different voltage light bulbs. If it were over-unity, they should be able to close the loop and get it to power itself.

Tarsier_79 always avoids getting excited in order to preserve his health.:)

Question:
There is an interesting comment of Peter Axe. He considers the black box of "upper" circuit 2 as "...an eternal and never-dying battery, which lasts forever and which never needs re-charging." Seems to be interesting.
