I like that part  but don't take me wrong:
Anyone doing job, for money , for free, or for pleasure   is allowed to enter your house in hope that he doesn't waste your time, or damage anything you see as value.
This  forum  here is  the Stefan house.
He can sale it based on its value.

Just a simple question:
Do you like to eat bad food, knowing that  is really bad prior to tasting it?
Do you like drivers to drive cars the way they want it, or the way laws tell them to drive?
Do you listen and watch the nonsense just to find if there is some sense in it? 
Do you disobey laws of physics and let the forum to become a collection of trash ?
How can you attract a scientist or engineer  to contribute  here?

You want education, solution, advice, results, and ready to use FE right?
But who is going to respond to a comment  about  the things that
can't exist, don't exist , never existed and are impossible to exist in the future like:
time travel back in time.
or  overunity...
or antigravity
or ether?
or  telepathy?
or alchemy?
- is it going to be response from  another dreamer?
And  after that how valuable  this forum will become intellectually and  money-wise 


You do whatever you want, but the quality of this forum  makes brains attracted to it.
If we want to help Stefan  it is better to make voluntary  contribution for few dollars
per month but keep the level.  Stefan is paying for your chance to talk here . every month for close to 40 years now. - no commercial  is here Can you do that?
So as much as I like your idea, your manifesto opens  a door to  e.g some Russian trolls too.

Maybe I am confused. Are you saying that members believing in "Overunity" will diminish the value of a site that is named "Overunity.com"  ? 
I thought the scope of this site was aimed at those who do believe.
If the motto of this site was "A site for Engineers and Scientists To Explore Overunity"  I wouldn't have ever registered.

-open up the forum, pay for that forum servers, software,  internet access,  firewalls, fight with mostly Russian trolls that  were paid by their oil and gas make

When most of social platforms  gained  huge value Stefan cut the commercial from it to make it easier and  more pleasurable to the random user. 
In comparison: EEV blog forum that belongs to Australian guy, doesn't have commercial too, but the guy has his you tube channel that acts 
 like commercial  advertising him to the world, and his business is supporting him in Australia  where he was born and knows how to move there.}
Now Stefan is not young, sick, not wealthy and uncertain what to do  with the forum that cost him money.

So As much as your presence here is appreciated, think about yourself as valuable member of society,
professional in some field, curious  about that what was rejected long time ago   mainly by physics  that made everything around you for the past 200 years. 
Just because physics is  based on:
-models that are solid  mile stones making your morning coffee too.We can replace them if better one is approved.
-rejection religion and spirituality  and its main foundation  BELIEVES!!!!

TYPICAL HUMAN ANIMAL:
Was raised in religion and  thought to do not request any prove as  sin is bad.Religion was good as a very mechanism to control masses and their behavior but didn't bring any progress.
In the last 200 years  humanity is not in favor to geocentric earth, gods, devils, ghosts
causing freedom to LGBT, and loner life of humans.
More rapid collapse of the main tool of any religion- "believes"  is seen in Nations  more educated and by that progressive.

You want education, solution, advice, results, and ready to use FE.
Stefan after 40 years of investing  in you the forumers, who were taking great pleasure in than  relatively novel series format,
is disappointed. His hope for members intellectual contribution raising value of his forum and return of his investment
is gone now. His hope that  he may  help humanity and himself and become financially independent  is gone now.
Due to unfortunate  name of forum "overunity" -the uneducated masses still  under  influence  "the belief"
are thinking that overunity exist as the were told that  Satan and angles, and haven  and so on exists too.
 I gave  in this forum  a lot of  help.
 I gave based on science  the mechanism of energy for free that works .
 In  more than 90% I explained it in step by step instruction written like for typical housewife.
The result is that  this fine  crowd if professionals likely in many different areas but not in that particular one,
 needs  'The free' - to be given them for free, handled by "pretty waitress" on the nice dish   
 in ready to consume form in the expense of others.
 But the next  minute they will give $20 tip to real waitress 
 in real restaurant  for real food they are in need to consume.
 Because they know that believes are not certain, and likely not true , and their own spirituality
 is based on fear of punishment if they start to even question it. But here and now in this restaurant
 they need real food  and  are ready to pay for it with real money as NOTHING IS FOR FREE.
 That is true Religious dual standard...

You don't have energy for free device called also FE - Free Energy not because it doesn't exist or 
needs money to be invested  in it but because it is given to you here and for free and you as  likely a believers  don't believe in free and given and you likely don't have enough of trained brain value in this area to see it.

With all due respect to all if you:
If you can't question my contribution as is too solid science based and you not there yet  to see its weakness.
If you can't  prove me as another  joker, hoaxer, moneymaker on your own stupidity.
If you don't see any form of direct or indirect benefit  I'm making or have in mind from writing here.
And you still decide  do not learn, analyze, scientifically screw me, push me in the corner

If I believe an LC Tank Circuit or Joule Thief type circuit "MAY" be doing something a little different than the textbooks say.. And I may wonder if we can manipulate it to see how far I can take it and if I can make it break the patterns..//
I would guess most members here don't post on "Physics Forums"- but come here instead because they want to see the laws being questioned and tested.

I didn't  buy this forum, and I may not afford it, but when you  have a car you are in must to maintain it.
As long as this forum exists feel free to do whatever  you want as long as Stefan and his  moderators are OK  with it.
You can also open the already unlocked doors as many times as you want until the hinges  brake down.

Russian deficit in comfort of life  comparing to  other countries of EU and USA makes them create FE concepts.
Soviet Union  had the highest level of broad education in the world in 1970ties
while USA and West pushed for highly  educated narrow professionals working as a teams when solving problems.

That is why  high level plumber in USA  tends to rather take "overunity"  as a possible, while electronics engineer tend to
think that  not everything plumber said is true. And that is why we have a need for  physicists here ready to help.
But Physicist is  not so much attracted to stupidity in the same level as , geologist and archeologist to these Creationists and their God stories.
Today's Russia completely destroyed in past 30 years Soviet education and old  professionals died out.
That is  why they in their poverty try to question the known as- not much is known to them anymore, the stone age  is coming to Russia.  ( joke).

I have learned Russian in here in USA and I speak better in Russian than the majority
of Russians in Regions of Russia.

I understand your objections and I fully believe you are here to help and have no ill-intentions.  A valuable member of the community. But it comes down to etiquette.

Google "joule circuit is overunity" and you get 108,000 matches. Many think they see something here. And likewise, many accept the texbook answer. Why not encourage people to explore it further?

To declare that "there is no OU here" and direct the experimenter to read the textbooks stifles the researcher. There is nothing wrong with stating your opinion and referencing the textbooks, and in my section you may contribute and I hope you do.  Help people, and encourage them to find new things.  There is just no room here for "conclusive" and "Stifling" comments that encourage the researcher to stop looking.

You repair complex machines, I install fiber multiplexers, segment Hybrid Fiber / Coaxial Nodes and service GPON plants. We both have specialties. Sharing knowledge is a good thing.  And I hope we can share, help, and support.

 I made a very good living repairing complex industrial machines.  I have seen anomalies that couldn't be explained by the "NORMAL" laws.  So I keep searching for answers also.  I want to encourage you to keep experimenting and learning.  But also keep in mind that everyone that tries to help you is NOT trying to discourage you.  And it is very likely that some of them do actually know what they are talking about.

When I was young I did exactly the same, in big industrial entity making jet engines, servicing  lathes, milling machines, CNC's metal hardening, galvanizes , plates  for printing, NMRs, Electron microscopes, Waterjet cutters, plasma cuters, EDMs, plastic injection, termoformers, vacuum and high vacuum jars, sintering metals, hydraulic and mechanical presses,  ending with my own shop having  tons of machinery and three big trucks, one with lifting crane on it.
I had professional woodworking machinery, too.
Than I sold everything, as I wanted to walk in the white shirt and tie and deal with science.

I'm here because of fun and I'm not wealthy, just very much OK so far.
My father was a teacher, mathematics, physics and chemistry.
I was never as good. We couldn't afford comfort of live or toys.
We didn't have much money.
But as a boy with genetically Jewish blood thanks to my mom I was practical, while my father
was dedicationist a true teacher.

Although you and Chet are perfectly right my frustration has some basis:
Forum is not willing to experiment because it has "the given" not "the sold" in front of their nose.
 Most of them don't want to learn, they want  delivery of ready to use device  making energy for Free.
My life and broad view tells me that  Such a device can lead  eventually to overpopulation and sort of
Apocalypse man made. So I expected that giving out the mechanism makes it non patentable any more.
It will become the  property of humanity.
And if I give  most but not all of it,  than someone else
will deal  with questions what is  right what is  wrong but that wouldn't be me.

Nothing is complicated not even rocket engine  as you may know from your work.
