Magnetic Power Inc. seems to have died
« on: January 20, 2007, 02:32:07 PM »
MPI, was going strong in 2005 and stopped updating their website http://www.magneticpowerinc.com/ in August of last year.  Usually when a website spends more time telling you the benefits of "free energy" than telling you how they're progressing, something's wrong.  They initially said in 2005 that they would have a working model by mid-2006 and obviously that didn't happen.  Then it was going to happen in 2007.  Who knows...maybe they're so close they can't talk about it,  BUT, I'm not holding my breath.  Too bad they don't read this website and find out why it doesn't work.

I hope the Chinese will be more open to this discovery.

I'm surprised to see this inaccurate information. I've posted on this Board several times. Our work is very much alive.

Interested parties should keep an eye on our new website: www.chavaenergy.com

MPI's technology is now part of the Chava program.

Did Chava Energy apply for the ARPA-E funding opportunity for transformational technologies?

Yes, but without success in this first round.

We intend to improve the Proposal and submit again.

It's kind of hard to tell how to improve a Proposal when they don't tell you why you were not selected.  They only say that there were too many applicants.
Also too little funding available.  Also the paperwork was structured for large institutions and not small companies and individual inventors.

The interesting thing in my view, is that the government may have changed their tune in allowing patents to be granted that won't get classified.  It is hard to submit a proposal that will tell them something of value, but not compromise your device or future patent.  It's a fine line and balancing act.  I stayed on the side of not telling enough information.  Good luck!

FYI: Your homepage  has a large horizontal (and vertical) scroll bar @ 1024x768 resolution.  The scrolling text starts out way off to the right (offscreen) causing most of the scroll bar.
A horizontal scroll bar (especially on the homepage) makes for a poor design.
(actually, seems all the other pages have a (small) horizontal scroll bar and should be resized)
Looks great otherwise.

How do I insert a picture here?
I can only insert a hyper-link...
(If I restrain myself to offered options)

Yes Mark (OverTone),
you website doesn't "Spread" like it did last visit.  :)   !!!
Gosh that was annoying scrolling laterally for every sentence line.

I did accept a java update on two of the newer OS's,
perhaps that was the trick?
Or did your webmaster address the issue?

I can boot into an older OS for reference if you want feedback...

The Chava website has been redesigned and updated and has a new webmaster.

Glad you find it easier to use.

Dear Mr. Goldes, is Graham Gunderson still with you in Chava Energy ? I have several questions & topics that I'd like to discuss with him. Thanks.
