Lenz Energy Generator ( LEG )
« on: January 02, 2022, 08:54:23 PM »
Hi! I want to share my next idea.
I hope this post will add some fun during these holidays.  :)

Idea  : Flat rotor available . On the permanent magnet side, the rotor has a magnetic field shield.
On the coil side, the rotor has a ferromagnetic material .
When the rotor gets closer it reduces the magnetic field in the coil.
If the electric circuit of the coil is closed, then changes in the magnetic field lead to the appearance of an electric current in the coil and,
as a consequence, to its own magnetic field (Lenz). In this case, the magnetic field of the coil (Lenz) accelerates the rotor.
When the rotor begins to move away from the coil and magnet, the coil's electrical circuit must be open.
Opening the coil's electrical circuit interrupts the electrical current and causes the coil's magnetic field to disappear (Lenz)
Now the retreating rotor does not experience any opposition from the coil.

Now let's look at the big picture.
The permanent magnet acts on the rotor with the same force both when approaching and when moving away.
The coil accelerates the rotor only when it approaches.
When moving away from the coil, the rotor experiences no coil resistance.
With the addition of all forces, a pronounced acceleration of the rotor is noticeable.
We now have a free energy generator with a self-rotating motor.
Moreover, the more electrical energy this device generates, the faster the rotor rotates.

                                                                        Merry Christmas

                                                                        Text prepared using Google Translate

    regards Boris

Added V2. It uses an air coil, it reduces the influence of the magnet and the magnetized coil core on the ferromagnet of the rotor.

What material are you proposing to use as a magnetic shield? A diamagnetic such as bismuth? If so, there is a repelling property to it as well. When you mention shielding, I get the impression you are referring to a material that neither repels or attracts. I could be wrong on my impression of course. But personally, I am not aware of a material to use that follows both of those principles. Do you have something in mind?

Hi captainpecan, perhaps it will be a mixture of powders of substances with opposite properties  :) . This mixture can be placed on the ferromagnet with glue.
There are ready-made solutions in online stores (see picture) .
Some researchers use stainless steel powder applied to the surface with an adhesive.
The use of powders avoids Foucault currents.
The device does not need to shield 100 percent of the magnetic field. You can use inexpensive materials.
For example, two different ferrites with high and low magnetic field permeability. The main thing is that the coil field is stronger than the rotor field.

Best regards Boris
