If you're a beginner, I am still in the womb..

I'll be the first to admit-  I've been wrong more times than I've been right...
As I see it,  it matters little.. 
What matters is having a mind that can comprehend logic, and the determination
to follow through.

There are some other and very knowledgeable folks,
what looks in on these topics at least now and again.

Above my pay grade, the best of them realize they are also fallible.

A 3d printed spool with peg holes for disc magnets in the spool walls would allow us to construct Kundel´s arc segment mosaics  from a series of smaller ones that would press into the holes.

A couple of notes...

Neodymium magnets are vulnerable to rapid corrosion.
That is why they come epoxy or nickel plated.  After cutting them
it is a good idea to seal them with epoxy or fingernail polish.
                        Don't breath the dust !
                     Wet cut when ever possible
      or use protection (more than just a paper mask).

Cannibalizing prototypes for a next build, often turns out to have
been a regrettable decision.  Some say, never do it.  I agree its best not
to cannibalize.  Its better to set them aside when ever possible, on a trophy
shelf / for use as a reference later on, or further study and analysis.  Later
viewing of them will some times, inspire new insights and ideas. 
Good reasons to do, good builds.


Consider building a durable and versatile test bench.  Eventually one acquires a
set of add-ons, fixtures or modules that extend ones range of possibilities / increase
use of time efficiency.

Yes I watched all his videos and read all his patents again and again..

As far as I can tell- this video features his best model.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wC50BPyx6AA&t=5s

If you watch-  he is putting almost 100 watts into it. but it doesn't appear to be "overunity efficient"..  It looks about comparable to my 100 watt Dremel. (his might be a little more efficient)

I heard it said that he claimed 1700% overunity, but I can not find anything to back up the claim that he actually said that..  The closest thing I could find of Kundel claiming overunity, was in one of his patent applications where he suggested this could be a power generator which is powered from a 9V battery. 

If you have any links that can clear this up, even him making claims, I would love to see.

Have you build something or is it just a design ? If it is a real device at what speed the rotation reach ?

These diametric rings below have their centers removed to fit the axle to the left. A spool core diametric cylinder would have it´s entire central field intact. The other cumbersome outrigger crap including the springs is just a complete waste on Kundel´s design. The spool diametric and single connecting rod eliminate vibration entirely from the spinner.

Mounting the spline frame inside a bearing would support the piston inside the spool,, while a coller bearing would leave the other side free for output connection. Those heavy side rails do the job of the ridges on the spline!

Nesting this plastic ball bearing spline inside a collar bearing mounted in the bore hole of a spool would add precision balance to the gear. These two types of ceramic bearings would seat together in one end hole of the spool core. A 3d printed spool could recess both bearings in the spool wall along with arc segment press fitted holes. Hypersonic spin velocity would be achievable with nanopositioning of the piston.

I got my magnets in that almost match Kundels... 

I wanted to build the machine a little differently.  No need for such long linear rods, as the throw is very small. And I wanted to design it so I can experiment with sliding magnetic gain concept instead of a voice coil.  And if that don't work well, then i can try Flynn's parallel path concept instead.  Eitherway- I am not thrilled about the voice coil.

My 3d printer settings were not correct and the parts came out crappy.  But it should work for testing..  If it looks promising, I can always reprint in good quality.
