Would have been nice to see him meter the output,
instead of guessing how much the bulbs are using.


The “watts” of a lightbulb apply only to the conditions under which they are normally used.
This in no way implies that it is the requirement to light them.

For instance, if a 75W bulb has an internal resistance of ~.6 an ohm
then @ 50V you would only be pulling like 30 watts
